WARRANTY & RETURNS

LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

At Smartie, our aim is to provide our customers with defect-free products that will stand not only the test of time, but the often harsh weather conditions experienced in many areas across the United States. Should an instance arise where our product fails, please refer to our warranty info below.

What Is Covered

Our limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in our products, within the first year of use. 

Our products are made to be modular, so should a particular part of a product fail within the warranty period (i.e LEDs burn out), that specific part will be replaced at no charge to the customer and we will ask for the affected part to be returned to us. A voucher for shipping will be provided to the customer.

What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover any damage or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, or improper use or maintenance of our products.

REFUND POLICY

1. If the product you receive does not match our description or quality standards, you will be able to send the item back for a full refund or replacement. Please contact our support department with the issue you are experiencing and we will determine if the product is eligible for return. If it is accepted, a return shipping label will be provided. Upon delivery to our facility and inspection, a full refund will be issued or replacement sent out. 

2. Due to the nature of our business, each product is made to order to the desire of the customer. If a product becomes unwanted upon delivery, it may be returned but will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. 70% of the original purchase price of the product will be refunded. *This is only applicable if the product has not been used or installed.* The customer will also pay the return shipping.
